INSTRUCTIONS AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION ONLINE/OFFLINE

    Please Note:

  • Registration is open for NURSERY TO UKG for session 2023-24 from 1st October 2022.
  • Registration fee (Rs. 100) is inclusive of prospectus fee.
  • Registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable.
  • Registration does not guarantee admission.
  • For children seeking admission for all the classes-interaction session with both the parents is compulsory. It helps us to know more about the child, his/her habits, nature and medical status.
  • The registration form can be bought from the Admission Counter between 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on all working days.
  • The registration form must be submitted within 3 working days from the date of issue of the form (online/offline), along with all the documents mentioned on the form.
  • Children seeking admission to class Nursery should be 3+ as on 1st April of the year to which admission is sought.

    • Documents required during Registration (Offline):

  • 6 recent passport size colour photograph of the child.
  • 2 recent passport size colour photograph of each parent.
  • 2 recent passport size colour family photograph
  • An attested copy of the birth certificate of the clild (from Municipal Committee/Corporation duly attested).
  • The attested of the proof of residence of parents:- Voter Card/ Aadhar UID Card/ Passport/ Domicile Certificate/ Ration Card/ Electricity Bill/ Any other document supported by government in the name of any parents or child.
  • Report card of previous class (U.K.G. onwards).
  • The attested copy Aadhar card of the clild and parents.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate of the child.
  • Need space to upload 3 photographs (Child,Father,Mother)
  • Need a tab to upload the attested documents.

    • Documents required during Registration (Online):

    The following documents are to be uploaded:-

  • An attested copy of the birth certificate of the clild (from Municipal Committee/Corporation duly attested).
  • The attested of the proof of residence of parents:- Voter Card/ Aadhar UID Card/ Passport/ Domicile Certificate/ Ration Card/ Electricity Bill/ Any other document supported by government in the name of any parents or child.
  • Report card of previous class (U.K.G. onwards).
  • Medical Fitness Certificate of the child.
  • The attested copy Aadhar card of the clild and parents.

    • Documents required at the time of Admission:

  • Transfer Certificate (U.K.G. onwards)(In original).
  • Blood group report and HB count certificate from an authorized lab.
